CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to other clients in need of care. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will do our best to accommodate emergencies when possible. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to all clients.
